These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ChitraBook AI, a photography studio workflow platform for photographers, studios, teams, clients and gallery guests.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing ChitraBook AI, using the Android app, opening a gallery link, scanning a QR code, purchasing a template, buying a photo, or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related policies linked on this website.

2. About ChitraBook AI

ChitraBook AI helps photographers manage quotations, proposals, bookings, payments, photo uploads, private galleries, AI face scan photo sharing, website builder tools and earnings from one platform.

3. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account, studio and billing information.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• We may suspend access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment misuse or platform misuse.

4. Photographer content and ownership

Photographers and studios remain responsible for the photos, gallery content, client data and event details they upload or manage through ChitraBook AI. You must ensure you have the required rights and permissions to upload, store, process, share and sell photos or event content.

5. Gallery, client and guest access

• Client galleries may be accessed using secure links, QR codes or client tokens.
• Guest access may use face scan based matching to show only matched photos.
• Photographers are responsible for sharing gallery links and tokens only with intended users.
• Gallery access may be stopped, resumed or reset by the photographer depending on available platform controls.

6. AI face scan and matching

AI face scan and face matching features are designed to help find matching photos in event galleries. Results may not always be complete or perfect. ChitraBook AI does not guarantee every face will be detected, matched or filtered correctly.

7. Payments, subscriptions and purchases

• Subscriptions unlock platform features based on the selected plan and billing period.
• Premium website templates may be sold separately from subscription plans.
• Photo purchases and HD downloads may involve per-image pricing and platform/payment processing.
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, plan limits and pricing may vary based on the product, plan or payment flow shown at checkout.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and purchase-related exceptions are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before making any subscription, template or photo purchase.

9. Prohibited use

• Do not upload illegal, abusive, non-consensual, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass gallery access controls, payment systems, storage limits or security protections.
• Do not use ChitraBook AI to spam users, misuse face scan, impersonate others or violate privacy rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, attack, overload or disrupt the platform.

10. Service availability and limitations

ChitraBook AI depends on internet connectivity, cloud storage, payment gateways, notification providers and third-party infrastructure. We aim to provide reliable access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChitraBook AI is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, lost profits, data loss, failed delivery, wrong user sharing, device issues, third-party outages or misuse by users.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the product, pricing, features or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
